If you received the incorrect item and if you like to return it then you must email us within 2 business days of receiving the order and the shipping costs of returned goods will be borne by Arrow Exim. All items must be returned in their original packaging. ​

International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. Invoices and Health certificates are sent with all shipments by Arrow Exim. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.
